When should I take the Butt & Gut Daily Fiber supplements?

Capsules are to be swallowed by mouth. Take two fiber tablets daily, preferably before bed, with at least 16 oz of water. It is not recommended to take this product within 2-3 hours before or after the intake of any medication or dietary supplements, including the Future Method Pre + Probiotic.

What does the Butt & Gut fiber supplement do for my body?

There are three key ingredients in our fiber supplement.

First, the psyllium husk and acacia gum fiber blend help optimize digestion (and reduce preptime) by encouraging complete bowel movements. It also helps lower cholesterol, control blood sugar, and improve energy levels.

Second, the peppermint leaf powder is known to help relieve digestive symptoms such as gas, bloating, and indigestion.

And, lastly, the fructooligosaccharides (FOS) helps encourage growth of Bifidobacteria in the intestine, which helps support gut health.

Acacia fiber is derived from gum sap exuded by acacia trees. What is the difference between psyllium fiber and acacia fiber?

Both psyllium fiber and acacia fiber support gut health. Acacia fiber has a finer texture than psyllium, making it easier for sensitive stomachs to process. Psyllium fiber offers other benefits like regulating blood sugar levels. That’s why we use both in our daily psyllium-acacia fiber pills.

While there are many similarities between psyllium fiber and acacia fiber, when considering supplements relying only on psyllium husk, most recommend 4-6 capsules vs. only 2 with acacia fiber.

How long does it take for fiber supplements to take effect?

People will generally notice some results within the first week of starting to take our Butt & Gut Daily Fiber supplements.

However, as is the case with any supplement, we recommend waiting at least a month — without changing dosage — before truly evaluating how our supplement is working for your body. 

How should I store my fiber supplement pills? Do they need to be refrigerated?

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, sunlight, and fluctuations in temperature. This product does not require refrigeration. Refrigeration will not harm the product, but the product should not be frozen.
